21 Day Fix is BeachBody’s newest workout program that centers around simplicity and fast results. Designed to shred at least 15 pounds of fat in just 21 days, 21 Day Fix is sure to be a hit. Designed by fitness expert and bikini model Autumn Calabrese, the program details her exact techniques for slimming down in an extremely short amount of time. The 21 Day Fix Diet Plan
