 Les Mills Combat Schedule Overview




There are actually 3 different workout schedules in the Les Mills Combat Series.  All designed to get you into the best shape of your life, but targeted to different fitness levels. Below are the workouts in order from least difficult to most difficult. If BeachBody is behind it, you know its a great workout.

 

Les Mills Combat Warrior

This schedule will will quickly build up your body by focusing on increasing intensity of the workouts, increasing cardio fitness and endurance day by day.

Les Mills Combat Supreme Warrior

You will immediately begin burning calories and build lean muscle mass with this schedule. A “supremely” intense workout, it’s not for the faint of heart.

Less Mills Combat Ultimate Warrior Hybrid

Absolutely the most intense and hardest schedule in this series. Kills Calories, strip away fat, and gets you totally ripped. Here is a quick look at the first two weeks. For the full calendar, click the link above.

Day 3. Insanity Cardio Power & resistance
Day 4. COMBAT HIIT POWER

Week 2
Day 1. Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Day 2. COMBAT 45
Day 3. Insanity Pure Cardio & Insanity Cardio Abs
Day 4. COMBAT HIIT POWER
Day 5. Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance
Day 6. COMBAT 30
Day 7. REST DAY
