Focusing on at-home yoga exercises this workout is giving women the “yoga booty” all over, and getting much praise from celebs and users online.
What’s Inside Yoga Burn?
The workout routine consists of 3 phases:
Getting your body and muscle ready for intense and result producing yoga exercises. In this phase Zoe concentrates on getting you ready for phase 2. There are 3 hour long workouts to be completed in the first week, along with an intro video. This phase will have you feeling muscles you didn’t even know you had. Do these routines carefully and completely as you will need the extra boost in phase 2.
In this portion you will be introduced to dynamic sequencing. This is the art of doing more and more difficult positions, progressing harder and harder as your body becomes ready for them. It’s important to take this phase slowly, and make sure you are fully comfortable with all the positions before moving onto the next. There are over 6 hours on instruction in this phase.
Bringing it all home. This is where the rubber meets the road. Zoe will bust your butt in these routines, but the good news is that in return, you will gain the all coverty “yoga booty.” Make sure you have plenty of water handy when you do these workouts, you will need it. This section has over 7 hours of butt kicking yoga moves.
