PiYo Food Tracker and Hybrid Workout Schedules

BeachBody is at it again with a new workout series called PiYo. Pretty much all of BeachBody’s workouts revolve around a lot of jumping :P

In this new workout program they go beyond making the point that there will be no jumping around in this workout. Perhaps the product was born from common criticism of the INSANITY, P90X series, and T25 workouts. Where you spend the entire workout jumping around until you puke.
