Think of Insanity Max 30 as a more challenging and extreme version of Shaun T’s T25. The program is designed to get you ripped from head to toe. Insanity Max 30 will be broken down into 2 separate 30 day phases – so the entire program will last for a full 60 days. Although you are only working out for 30 minutes per day – this is no ordinary workout program as it is being called the “toughest 30 minutes of your day.”

Who This Program is for
The first thing you have to understand about Insanity Max 30 is that this program is not for everyone. In fact you will have an impossible time completing this program if you are extremely out of shape. This program was not designed to build you a fitness foundation or a base such as a program like P90.
If you are purchasing Insanity Max 30 you should already be in decent shape or at least use to be in good shape. The program allows you to drop off and modify the movements and workouts but that does not mean it is for a complete fitness beginner.
The ideal person who completes Insanity Max 30 will be someone who has a fitness base and is injury free. Insanity Max 30 will provide the most insane workout possible in only 30 minutes per day if you fall into this category. This program was designed for people who are short on time but still wanting to get fantastic results. The key to you achieving amazing results with the Insanity Max program is that you push yourself to complete exhaustion each and every workout.
This program is set up very similar to P90x3 with their 30 minute workouts – but rumor has it this program is even more intense!
