The Complete P90 SCULPT Workout Schedule

P90 is Tony Horton’s new workout program designed for the “casual” athlete. Meaning there is a 50/50 chance you won’t be puking after the warm up. If P90X and P90X3 seemed a little to extreme for you, then P90 might be the solution you have been waiting for. The program comes with everything you need, which in this case is a set of resistance bands. No weights, no pull up bar, no puking. P90 is not going to make you think about calling the hospital for a possible heart attack while you’re lying on the floor gasping for breath after 10 minutes of working out. Nope. Not this time. Personally, this is now one of my favorite workout programs. It’s not going to make you wish you were dead, and still delivers powerful results.

P90 Sculpt Schedule The P90 Sculpt Schedule is 12 weeks long, broken into 3 blocks (blocks A, B and C). Each block is 4 weeks long and gets progressively more intense as the weeks go on.
